The property is a studio apartment, located at the scenic west end of Bermuda, very close to the historic Royal Naval Dockyard. Quaint Somerset Village with its bars, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, as are the calmer beaches of Mangrove Bay and Somerset Long Bay.
The property is situated on the waters of the Great Sound, it also has access to a small private beach a short walk away.
The location is very convenient for transport as the bus and ferry stops are just steps away. The stunning South Shore Beaches are a short bus ride away.
It has a queen size bed. There is a sofa, a small coffee table and a flat screen TV (with cable). It has both air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The kitchenette has a full stove, under-counter refrigerator, a small separate freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and combined washer/dryer.
The bathroom has shower stall only.
It has a balcony that has a pergola for added privacy and has glimpses of the Great Sound.
