Tell us your dates and who is coming. Nothing is booked or paid yet: we will check availability and reply by email, usually within a day, with confirmation and our bank details. Fields marked * are needed.
Booking direct: deposit and cancellation
- We hold your dates for 14 days. A 50% deposit received within that time confirms your booking; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and your deposit is refunded, less a $100 handling fee. If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, payments are not refundable.
- Payment is by bank transfer to Watford Services Limited. We do not accept cheques.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance.
- Hurricanes: if a hurricane threatens your stay, our hurricane cancellation policy applies (full refund or a new date).
Your stay
- Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am.
- Minimum stay 4 nights, all units.
- Extra guests: rates are for a maximum of 2 guests in each unit; each extra guest is $50 per night.
- Pets: one pet under 50 lb is welcome, subject to a $250 cleaning charge. Please tell us when you book.
